Because of the unexpected free time in Phys Ed, Mrs. Walker allowed us to walk laps around the track or work on our abs. I decided to run four laps since I didn't plan to run any more today. I walked a quarter mile for warm up, then I ran a mile without stopping (but I was hella exhausted), then did another quarter mile walk for cool down. Walker offered to time me, but I said no. I want to be a lot better next time she times me.
